Is fear holding you back from achieving your freelance dreams?
When I talk to freelance writers, fear is the number-one obstacle I hear keeps you from moving forward.
So I asked some of the best writers, bloggers, and entrepreneurs I know to send me a short audio about how they overcame fear to build their freelance careers. More than a dozen writers responded with their personal insights on moving forward to achieve what you want as a freelancer.
The result is below — the Freelancers’ Fear-Buster podcast! It’s my gift to my blog subscribers. I’ve even thrown in a tip of my own.
A little preview of what you’ll hear in the podcast (or read in the transcript):
- How to move forward despite your fears
- The key thing to realize about fear that will remove it as an obstacle in your life
- How to overcome fear of taking on new types of freelance projects
- Practical steps to mitigate fears and make your freelance writing dreams happen
- How one top freelancer made it — even though he started not knowing a word of English
- The secret to killing your perfectionism so you can press “send”
Enjoy! Speakers are listed below in the order they appear on the recording, if you’d like a look at who’s on the podcast.
